Bootcamp
 Monday/Wednesday/Friday
 @ 6:00 and 9:00am

6am Bootcamp Blitz is designed for people who are just beginning their fitness journey!!  This class consists of low-impact cardio, light dumbbell work, and modified body weight movements.  It will get your blood pumping while easing your body back into fitness.  If you've been nervous to start exercising, this is a great starting point. 


9am Bootcamp consists of one hour of high intensity work.  We use cardio, weights, and bodyweight in different combinations to develop strength and endurance.  This is a fun class with great members!  If you are looking to slim down or tone up, without using barbells, this is the class for you!
